We do it the other way around. Santa travels to your family, at a time you choose, in the place where your children are already comfortable. No coats, no queue, no one watching. Just a knock at the door.

How does Santa know all that?
Before the visit, parents quietly complete a short preparation form. Santa reads it in advance, so he can greet each child by name and mention the things that matter to them. Children hear it as magic — you know it as preparation.
